for my sunshine about water

Water is a substance or material or elements that are important to all known forms of life on earth today, but not on other planets, Water covers almost 71% of the earth's surface,there are 1.4 trillion cubic meters is available on earth, water can we meet in different places such as : sea, lake. streams or even rainwater, for plants, water is very important in the process of photosynthesis, for animals, water is essential for metabolic processes, place to live, especially for most aquatic animals, such as: fish, fish can not live outside water, for humans we cannot live without water, every day we need water for cooking, bathing, drinking etc.Water also has an important role in maintaining a healthy body, Water consumption is very beneficial for health, among others :

1. maintain balance in the body, maintaining body temperature, metabolism launched
2. maintain breathing health, prevent constipation, a burning sensation in the stomach, headaches (migraine), stomach inflammation and infection, kidney stones, joint pain, back pain and oesteophorosis
3. can preserve kidney function and healthy skin to stay healthy
4. Water is also useful for the body to clean the dirt of the intestine and maximizing all the functions of organ systems
so many of the perceived benefits of water for our bodies. therefore very important for us to consume enough water with each day
